Welcome to my Blog!
This is my first post on my personal blog and maybe one of my first public posts on the internet ever (at least the first one worth documenting).

Why did I decide to start this blog?
So what made me decide that now was the time to start posting my thoughts on the internet? In my professional life as a Data Scientist/AI Engineer/Consultant, I have become a friend of "growing" systems. By that I mean systems that have a persistent state and continuously grow as you add to them.
One such example is a typical codebase repository. You start by writing your first few methods, persist them, and continuously add to them over time. This is great for multiple reasons: you don't need to do everything at once, so time is less of an issue, but you also improve over time. As you write more and more functions, you become more proficient in the art of coding, and therefore you're also able to go back and edit previous methods. In doing so, your codebase keeps improving over time through tiny increments that blossom into an advanced and useful codebase.
I'd like to employ this philosophy for my own knowledge and treat this blog as a personal knowledge base that I can go back to if I have trouble remembering things and that helps me structure my thoughts in the process.
What can you expect?
In my articles, I plan to cover any topic I think is worth remembering, as well as topics I’m currently interested in researching and learning more about. So there is no predefined category I want to aim for. However, I expect to broadly cover topics like software engineering best practices, software architecture, as well as agentic systems and deep learning.
